At Navy, we are currently only able to offer shipping within the UK
UK Standard Delivery - £3.99
You should receive your order within 5 working days
UK Next Day Delivery - £6.99
You should receive your order within 1 working day if ordered before 1pm
Please note that for custom orders, time for manufacture must be taken into account in addition to delivery <3
Returns <3
If your bag isn't what you hoped for, here's how to get it back to us to issue your return
You will be able to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them
- Your piece(s) must be unused and unwashed with all original tags attached and in their original packaging
- Let us know that you're looking to return your item(s) along with the reason behind your decision; you can contact us using the 'Contact' tabs at either the top or bottom of this page
- Securely package your piece(s) in their original packaging
- Return shipping costs will be your responsibility so we recommend choosing a method that lets you track your parcel so that we can both keep an eye on it!
- Once we receive your return and it passes our internal quality check, we'll process your refund to your original payment method, minus the initial delivery fee
