At Navy, we are currently only able to offer UK shipping. We know that many of you are based outside the UK so, we’re

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically dispatched from our studio within 2-3 working days after which, standard delivery times for your chosen shipping method will apply.
Please note that for custom orders, time for manufacture must be taken into account in addition to delivery time <3
Does Navy offer returns or exchanges?
We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you're not happy with your piece and would like a different size, shape or colour, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund as per our 'Delivery and Returns Policy' linked below <3
Where are Navy products manufactured?
All our gorgeous bags are handmade right in the heart of London at the Navy studio! <3
What materials do you use?
We are proud to be part of the slow fashion movement. That's why it's extremely important to us that sustainability is reflected within each and every piece.
The full breakdown of yarn composition can be found within each product listing but the majority of our staple pieces are made from between 90-100% recycled cotton and 10% elastane <3
How heavy will my bag be?
As each bag is unique, fashioned by yarns of differing compositions, each bag may differ slightly in weight.

Can I request a custom order?
Of course! We love being creative with our designs and welcome you to get involved in this process.
If you have a particular colour scheme, shape or even an event in mind that we can tailor your piece to, then just let us know!

How do I clean my bag?
If your bag has seen a little too much love and gets a bit mucky, we recommend hand washing your piece in warm water with a gentle soap <3
Can I include a gift message with my order?
If you're gifting a Navy piece, we would love to help you make the experience even more special.
